Information you choose to share
The franchise enquiry form collects your name, email address, preferred location, partnership interest, and consent. You may also provide a phone number, planned investment budget, and a message. Please do not include payment information, identification documents, or sensitive personal information.
How your information is used
The MUMUSO USA site operator uses your details to review your proposal, respond to your enquiry, and discuss a potential partnership. Submissions are saved with a reference, submission time, and consent record. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database and are not displayed publicly. The site operator and service providers supporting the website may process this information to operate the enquiry service. Enquiry details are also forwarded to the team at hello@mumusouk.co.uk through Outlook. The email service processes the details to deliver and store these notifications. No payment details are collected on this website.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. To request a correction, access, or deletion, email hello@mumusouk.co.uk from the same email address, include your reference if available, and state your privacy request in the message. Identity may need to be verified before the request can be fulfilled.
Cookies and website operation
If you accept website analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, successful franchise enquiries, contact-link clicks and brand-manual downloads. Separately, you can allow advertising measurement: Google Analytics and Google Ads connect ad clicks with visits and enquiries using click identifiers and other measurement data. This choice does not enable personalised advertising. We do not send your form contents, name, email address, phone number or enquiry reference to Google. Your choices are stored in your browser; Analytics cookies are set for up to six months. When you withdraw a purpose, we stop using it and remove its accessible first-party measurement cookies.
